CEO Travel: St. Lucia Pitons, Hot Springs, & Waterfalls

In Part 2 of my St. Lucia series, I’m reliving all of the natural wonders of this exotic tropical island. From waterfalls to volcanic thermal hot springs, St. Lucia has endless opportunities to experience the best of what nature has to offer.

The third day of my travels included a six hour excursion aboard a catamaran sailing the pristine waters of the Caribbean sea. Crusing by the renowned Pitons (twin mountains) we stopped for lunch at the Bamboo restaurant and explored the islands treasures.

The next stop after lunch was the mud bath and sulfur volcano 🌋 thermal hot springs This was amazing! The first thing we did was take a dip in the thermal pool which is filled with charcoal water at temps of upwards of 80 degrees.

We were instructed to sit in the water for 5 minutes before applying the mud. After applying the mud (which felt like an exfoliator)we had to wait for it to dry. Once dry we got back into the thermal hot spring pool and rinsed off. Came out feeling like the glow up!

The views were amazing, the water was magical, and the catamaran cruise was LIT! With Cardi B and Jay Z bumping through the speakers, along with the rum punch flowing, this excursion definitely tops the list. Check out the recap video below:
